Welcome

Kurt became a licensed agent in 2005 and joined Keller Williams Realty in 2008. Throughout his career he’s had the joy and challenges of working in two very hot sellers markets and two buyers markets. So no matter the circumstances, he can help buyers and sellers navigate any kind of market with great success!

When working with sellers, he’s developed a streamlined process with a pro-active approach rather than the typical “reactive approach”. The goal is always to position their home in the best way to receive a premium price, with the fewest number of contingencies and in the least amount of time. This helps provide the highest amount of stability for sellers with the best possible outcome.

With buyers, Kurt begins with meeting for a buyer’s consultation so they learn everything they need to know about purchasing a home. This includes an in-depth analysis of their buying needs, discussing the current market and how it affects them, what to expect next and developing a plan moving forward to find the home of their dreams. He then refers them to vetted lenders and referral partners to best position them in getting their offer accepted by a seller as well as helping to navigate the inspection and eventual closing.
